IV Stazione: A musical journey between passion and experimentation.

This is a musical project
born from the creative meeting of three Italian artists:
Francesca Rossi, Elisa Misolidio and Roberto Passuti.

The name of the group is perhaps a reference to the stations of life
or an artistic path, drawing on a religious call
of the Via Crucis: Jesus meets his mother, which is also a paraphrase
of the content of the first album of the same name.
It also suggests a point of rest and reflection,
as well as a springboard towards new sound explorations.

Francesca Rossi – with her warm and versatile voice, is the emotional
and textual heart of the trio. Able to range from delicate tones
to explosions of energy, she gives the songs an intimate and powerful imprint,
interpreting the lyrics she wrote, which explore themes such as
the sacrificial value of the role of mother, the absence of the father,
the social sphere seen as a supermarket of souls,
the sacrifice inherent in pain, depression inside a glass,
the ignorance of power, the absence of meritocracy
and violence suffered but not reported.

Elisa Misolidio – brings a distinctive touch to the trio
as an exceptional electric and acoustic guitarist.
Her artistic sensibility adds a dynamic dimension to the sound,
blending influences ranging from acoustic folk to contemporary indie
from medieval to metal.

Roberto Passuti, with his complex arrangements, brings to the group
his passion for enveloping harmonies and clustered melodies.
With a background that could range from cinematic soundscape
to a dystopian electronic imagery, Roberto is the glue
that gives structure to the compositions, intertwining situations
that oscillate between auteur pop and more experimental nuances.

IV Stazione: Un viaggio musicale tra passione e sperimentazione

Si tratta di un progetto musicale
nato dall’incontro creativo di tre artisti italiani:
Francesca Rossi, Elisa Misolidio e Roberto Passuti.

Il nome del gruppo, è forse un riferimento alle stazioni della vita
o di un percorso artistico, attingendo ad un richiamo religioso
della Via Crucis: Gesù incontra sua madre, che è anche una parafrasi
al contenuto dell’omonimo primo album.
Suggerisce anche un punto di sosta e riflessione,
nonché un trampolino verso nuove esplorazioni sonore.

Francesca Rossi – con la sua voce calda e versatile, è il cuore emotivo
e testuale del trio. Capace di spaziare da tonalità delicate
ad esplosioni di energia, dona ai brani un’impronta intima e potente,
interpretando i testi da lei scritti, che esplorano temi come
la valenza sacrificale del ruolo di madre, l’assenza del padre,
la sfera sociale vista come supermercato di anime,
il sacrificio insito nel dolore, la depressione dentro un bicchiere,
l’ignoranza del potere, l’assenza della meritocrazia
e la violenza subita ma non denunciata.

Elisa Misolidio – dona un tocco distintivo al trio
sia come eccezionale chitarrista elettrica che acustica.
La sua sensibilità artistica aggiunge una dimensione dinamica al sound,
mescolando influenze che vanno dal folk acustico all’indie contemporaneo
dal medioevale al metal.

Roberto Passuti, con i suoi arrangiamenti complessi, porta nel gruppo
la sua passione per le armonie avvolgenti e le melodie clusterizzate.
Con un background che potrebbe spaziare dal soundscape cinematografico
ad un immaginario elettronico distopico, Roberto è il collante
che dà struttura alle composizioni, intrecciando situazioni
che oscillano tra il pop d’autore e sfumature più sperimentali.
